From the stage to your television screen: Tiler Peck just teamed up with Dell Technologies in a commercial. The New York City Ballet principal makes her (very futuristic) appearance around the 40 second mark in a series of quick jumps and seriously speedy chaînés from Hollywood choreographer Mandy Moore. Digitally enhanced, Peck is featured to illustrate a technology Dell is currently developing that will allow the blind to see performances—how cool is that?

We love it when ballet makes on-screen appearances, whether its in documentaries or scripted shows—or even commercials. Though tapping top ballerinas to sell something can read as a little cheesy, it's just another chance to see them in action. Plus, commercial videos often have such high production budgets, we get to witness technological wizardry along with dance.

In Houston Ballet principal Karina González's new spot for Honda, though, the focus is on her sweet, sunny personality and crystal clear technique—without any superfluous editing. Her story, of dancing her whole life and becoming the first Hispanic female principal at Houston Ballet, takes precedence over the fact that she's driving around in a Honda. Take a look, and listen for her great advice: You can never be perfect, but you can be excellent.
