Wonderbound is seeking male and female dancers for the 2018-2019 season. The Wonderbound contract for the 2018-19 season is 38-40 weeks at $750 per week and includes health insurance. Each season has 6-8 original productions featuring all live music.

Auditions are by invitation only. Qualified artists will be classically trained and have a minimum of two years professional experience or college degree. If invited to audition, artists should be prepared to spend two days in the studio with Wonderbound for company class and rehearsal. Applicants must be U.S. citizens.

Ballet des Amériques Summer Intensive Audition

Four week program: July 30-August 24.

Classes and workshops in: ballet, pre-pointe, pointe, répertoire, partnering, modern dance, modern jazz, barre au sol, music and voice, ballet terminology (French), dance history, acting, arts and crafts, folkloric dance, stage makeup. The mission of Ballet 5:8 is to engage communities in Chicago, the Midwest and across the nation in conversation of life and faith through innovative storytelling and breathtaking dance.

The University of Oklahoma's School of Dance will hold a national audition tour for its Summer Intensive, formerly SummerWind Youth Ballet, held in Norman, OK from June 10-23, 2018. The Summer Intensive audition tour will expand from four to eight locations including New York City, Chicago and San Francisco, reflecting OU's national draw as a top tier dance training institution. Auditions begin in Houston, TX January 14 and conclude in Norman, OK on March 3. Video auditions are also accepted, uploaded to our website or postmarked no later than March 5, 2018. The OU School of Dance Summer Intensive provides serious study for young dancers between the ages of 11 and 18 who has had previous ballet training. Class sizes are purposefully limited, enabling OU School of Dance faculty and guest artists to provide caring and focused instruction for all Summer Intensive participants. The Intensive will utilize OU's state-of-the-art dance facilities. The School of Dance offers supervised housing accommodations on the OU Norman campus as well as a commuter student option.

Dancers ages 11-25 are invited to audition for School of Nashville Ballet's 2018 Summer Intensive. Our Summer Intensive is divided into three programs -- Intermediate Program, Advanced Program, and Pre-Professional Program. Each program offers several session options from one to five weeks of intensive dance training in ballet, pointe, partnering, jazz, contemporary, and more. Dancers who are not local to the Nashville area are offered Housing on the nearby Belmont University's campus.

Ballet Academy East 2018 Summer Intensive Auditions

This two-week program gives serious students ages 9-19 the opportunity to cap off their summer studies and prepare for the season ahead. An internationally illustrious faculty instructs students in technique, pointe, men's, pas de deux, variations and modern classes.

Audition dates are March 10, 2018 and May 6, 2018.

All potential students must fill out the audition application, and will receive an email response within one week of submission. If the applicant is invited to audition, a fee of $25.00 will be processed. Please fill out the audition application by following the link http://balletacademyeast.com/summer-intensive/.

Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your assigned audition time, so you can receive a name tag and give any additional information.

Female students should be dressed in a solid color leotard, pink tights and pink ballet slippers (and pointe shoes, if applicable).

Male students should be dressed in a white shirt and black tights, with black or white ballet slippers.

Syracuse City Ballet is seeking versatile, classically trained male and female dancers for the 2018/2019 performance season.

Apprentice and resident dancer positions are available. These are part-time positions.

Experienced professional photographer located in the Washington DC/Northern Virginia area is looking to create a series of artistic images of ballet dancers. Ballet dancers should be 18 years of age or older only to ensure there are no issues with commercial use of their image.
